I saw your video regarding the tick/tap noise. I had a Precis that had a VERY similar noise. could hear it from topside, like yours. I found out the hard way it was loose internal bolts...punched a hole in the oil pan. Check valvetrain. I'd suggest dropping the oil pan and making sure nothing is loose down there, either.
