To renew or Not?
« on: 12 Jan 2018 - 10:11:34 »
My C&R is renewing in February and frankly the market has been pretty sparse.

so unless the import environment is going to suddenly start teeming with C&R options other than the same stale offerings (and my deer rifle is a great mosin in a sporter stock) i am seriously considering letting it lapse.

what say you good folks, yay or nay?

What is the cost on it?  $30 or so?  Keep it, just in case.

If you need a second magazine its time to call in air support.

I came into this world kicking, screaming, covered in someone else's blood. I certainly don't mind leaving the same way

i was hoping that the import restrictions from the last administration would get lifted, but i haven't seen anything that i really want and couldn't get on a 4473 if i needed to.  Mosins, Mausers, and Toks, OhMy! about all i have seen i can always re issue if i need to

on another note i have been driving about 150 miles each way for work (DOT Compliance and Safety with a bit of HR thrown in)for the last 8 years and i just got picked up by a mega carrier  and will be working 30 miles from home. i think this year i might get a chance to use my 25 yard range i installed and use 2 or 3 times a year right now.
