, constitute the entire agreement between you and Universal Shooting Sports. If any part of this agreement is found by any court to be invalid or unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain true and in full effect.Section (02) Accounts:(a)
Each member is entitled to a single, one (1), account on Universal Shooting Sports. Anyone found to have or attempting to register multiple accounts are subject to disciplinary action up to and including permanent ban, depending on perceived intent of use of said multiple accounts. It is each members own responsibility to make sure their account information is secure. Any misuse of an account will be attributed to the member registering it, without exception. Sharing of passwords and sharing of accounts, even among the same household, is prohibited.(b)
Avatars of your own choosing are allowed as long as they are tasteful in content, and conform to the guidelines set forth in the Code of Conduct
and the Terms of Service
. Avatars that contain overtly sexual, bigoted, racist political or illegal content or acts are not allowed.(c)
Personal signature lines that contain overtly sexual, bigoted, racist, political or illegal content or acts are not allowed. This includes any word that is censored by the word filter. If your avatar or signature line doesn't meet the above requirements, it will be removed by a member of the Universal Shooting Sports Staff. Concurrent infractions will result in a forfeiture of your privilege to post a signature line or avatar.Section (03) Language:
In an attempt to provide and maintain a family environment, overtly profane or vulgar language is not permitted. Some of the more "offensive" words are censored out by the word filter. Attempts to avoid the word filter by deliberately using words that have special characters or misspelling words, will be viewed the same as if you had posted the prohibited word its self. It is advised, that if you must use a word that would be considered profane or vulgar or would be in some way unsuitable to mixed gender/mixed age environment, you let the word filter go ahead and censor it.Section (04) Posting:
Keep topics and posts on point and relevant to the conversation. Do not "hijack" someone else's topic or conversation. Contribute to the topic at hand, or start another thread about the topic of your choice. Refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) nonsense posts, or other similar behavior to increase your post count. Such activity is considering "Post Whoring" and will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly. Members are able to edit any postings they make for a maximum of 24 hours after posting. After that time, all editing of previous posts must be edited by an Administrator or Moderator. Staff will only edit posts on request for substantive changes to the post in question.Section (05) Spamming/Trolling:
Spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email, private message system, and/or public chat, to spam other members. Anyone who has been connected to the internet for more than five(5) minutes knows what behavior constitutes Spamming/Trolling. However, in case you don't, Spamming

In an attempt to provide and maintain a family environment, overtly sexual images, language, comments and content is not permitted. Any showing of any genital area of either gender will result in disciplinary action up to and including a permanent ban. Keep all images, comments and content consistent with a PG-13
rating.Section (07) Prohibited Content:(a)
Certain subjects are simply not welcome in our community. Examples of such content include but are not limited to; racist/sexist/homophobic/sexual/anti-X religion/religious posts that display prejudice, hate, or other offensive language, comments or content. Any content of this nature will be deleted, and the member warned. Subsequent infractions of this rule will result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent ban.(b)
Any post or topic that promotes hate groups, white (or any other form of racial) supremacy, fanatical religious sects, or any terrorist group or activity, up to and including links to their websites, mission statements or manifesto's are not allowed. Any post or topic that contains pictures of, or links to videos, audio or pictures of human beheading, dead bodies, torture or other sadistic acts are not allowed. Any post or topic that contains pictures of, or links to videos, audio or pictures of pornography, pornographic acts or websites.(c)
Any posts, topics, images, comments or discussion of any illegal act including but not limited to; illegal modifications of weapons, illegal ownership or prohibited weapons or ownership of weapons by prohibited persons, manufacture, production, transportation or dissemination of instructions to manufacture, produce or transport any illegal explosive compound, device or components or willful violation of any Federal law. Any content of this nature will be deleted, and the member warned. Subsequent infractions of this rule will result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent ban. (Since state laws vary, any activity or material that may be legal in one area and illegal in another, will be reviewed by the Administrators and Moderators for appropriateness on a case by case basis.)Section (08) Trading Post/Sales:
Universal Shooting Sports is not an auction, broker or reseller site. We provide an area for members of the site to trade and or buy and sale items casually. In pursuance of this goal, a minimum of 25 posts is required to see and use this area. Anyone selling, trading or attempting to sell or trade outside of this area is subject to disciplinary action up to and including permanent ban.Section (09) Reloading:
Universal Shooting Sports is not responsible for any use or misuse of any reloading data, load recipes, practices or any other activity resulting from any use of any information you may obtain from this website. All data posted by members is the sole responsibility and opinion of the member posting it and is not endorsed, recommended or promoted in any way by any member of Universal Shooting Sports staff or by Universal Shooting Sports its self. Use of any data or recommendations concerning reloading is at your own risk. Section (10) Accountability:(a)
While everyone using this website is expected to conduct themselves in a mature and adult manner, it is understood that from time to time, disputes and conflicts of personality will arise. If a personal issue or conflict arises between members, the members involved are encouraged to work the situation out amongst themselves. If a resolution cannot be reached amongst themselves, they are encouraged to contact a Moderator for assistance. Should a resolution not be reachable through a Moderator, you may contact an Administrator. Universal Shooting Sports staff will limit their assistance and intervention to issues arising from use of or participation on Universal Shooting Sports website only.(b)
Universal Shooting Sports staff is not here to, nor inclined to moderate personal problems or other issues originating on other internet forums, bulletin boards or websites. Posting complaints related to other boards or websites, involving, or attempting to involve Universal Shooting Sports staff in arguments from other boards or websites or bringing problems from other boards or websites to the pages of Universal Shooting Sports, will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including permanent ban.(c)
When a member is contacted through PM by an Administrator or a Moderator they have up to 72 hours of their next sign in to reply. Failure to do so will result in suspension of all posting privileges until an effort is made on the part of the member to contact the staff member who sent them the PM, regarding the issue at hand. By the same token, any PM sent by a member to a staff member (concerning official forum business or issues
) will be answered within 72 hours of the staff members next log in.(d)
If a personal problem or other issue arises between a member and a Universal Shooting Sports Moderator, the member is encouraged to directly contact an Administrator. Do not approach another Moderator about the problem, contact an Administrator directly. All personal squabbles or accusations of misconduct between members, or between a member and Universal Shooting Sports staff are to be handled in private via PM and not in open forum. Above all, be respectful and do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
While these rules of conduct cover most situations, they cannot and are not intended to cover every possibility or contingency of what may or may not occur through use of the site. Therefor, Administrators and Moderators of this site will be the final arbiter of what is or is not acceptable content for publication and public consumption through our website. Except in clear cases of gross misconduct or willful violation of the Code of Conduct
and the Terms of Service
, it is the policy of Universal Shooting Sports to support it's Administrators and Moderators in all judgements.
All content, comments and opinions are solely those of the member expressing/posting them and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or beliefs of Universal Shooting Sports or any of the Universal Shooting Sports staff.
Universal Shooting Sports reserves the right to amend or modify these rules in whole or in part at their discretion with or without notice.
