For some reason, I'm having issues using the site on the tapatalk app. Im an android user and it won't allow me to access the site at all via tapatalk.

After playing with various settings for the last several minutes, I have discovered you may need to remove USS from your forum list inside Tapatalk and re-add. This is probably a result of the forum being moved to a different URL than when we first registered with Tapatalk.

My Android app wasn't working either, until I removed the forum and re-added it, now it works fine.

Ah delicious darkness.... my eyes thank you good sir.

Most welcome. I may or may not be changing the gold coloring on that one to something a little flatter and more "us". Haven't decided yet. If people like it, I may just leave it as long as we don't get any conflicts.

I'm not really feeling the gold, so you're welcome to change it :P  I don't know if I have a screenshot of what the old one looked like or not, but the color pallet on that one looked good I thought.

The old one was a dark charcoal gray and blue.

I used the one that's there now as is because it was quick and easy and I know some members have vision issues with brighter coloring.

I'll look into changing the gold to a blue shade here in a bit. Still chasing minor bugs and issues.

lol

The deleting and adding worked wonders. Thanks Core. You have a mastery of all things tech.

The forum has been under a major spam attack over the last month. We have removed hundreds of spam accounts from russian servers. I wonder if this is connected.

That seems to be the case. As soon as I cut off access permanently, the site went down.

Who knows. It could be a Bloomberg funded group for all we know Bloomberg.

I believe this is the case.

There is a rumor going around that The Truth About Guns had a similar spam attack around the same time.

Did some modding on the Dark theme today to more closely resemble what we had before. I will do a new Dark theme in same style as the rest eventually but this should hold those that need dark over until then.

Enjoy!

Love the new dark theme.  This looks really similar to the old one.  Me gusta mucho.

Hi;

Well whatever happened - it booted me off the forum for @ 4 days.....Heck of a thing - I tried many different passwords until I got the right 1 for the site...Thats the only problem with changing (security reasons) it - or just too many sites involved and never writing down the password(s).
